If you are still not satisfied with Dinovite Supplements, we will gladly refund your purchase price. This means we will stand behind your initial/first purchase of products and refund your purchase price if you are not happy with the results. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping or pay to have returns shipped back to Dinovite, Inc. It is vital to keep your original form of payment until you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We are required to process the refund to the original payment method. (In other words, do not get rid of the gift card, debit card, or credit card you used to purchase Dinovite, as we are required to issue your refund to the original card. NO EXCEPTIONS! For cases where we cannot issue a refund to the original payment method/card, you will receive a store credit with Dinovite to use on any product at any time in our online store.)
Please don't rush to return the products before you have given your dog or cat a chance to benefit! Use it for 90 days. If you wish to return the product, you must return the unused merchandise in the original package; or return the original empty package. (includes the original product container/box purchased, i.e., Dinovite for Dogs box, LickOchops tube, bottle, etc..) to us before the 180 days of the purchase date. Returns past the 180-day deadline will not be accepted and will not receive a refund.
*Please Note* OUR GUARANTEE APPLIES TO YOUR FIRST PURCHASE ONLY. If you purchase a second time, this will void your guarantee. This means it makes the most sense to buy the right amount of product for your dog or cat to try it for the full 90 days. If you wish to return the product, we must receive the returned unused merchandise and empty packaging (includes the original product container/box) within 180 days of purchase. A return received after the 180-day deadline falls outside of our guarantee timeframe and will not be refunded.
Important Information Concerning Your Return
- You must get a Return Authorization Number to make your return. Returns received without this number will not be processed.
- Your FIRST order with us is covered under our risk-free trial/guarantee. We do not accept returns on second orders or any subsequent orders. Your second order with us voids your guarantee.
- We accept returns up to 180 days after your purchase date.
- We do not provide shipping labels, nor do we refund shipping costs (from us to you or from you to us.)
- Return the original merchandise package along with any unused product. If you have used all the product, return the empty merchandise packaging.
- If you change your mind after ordering and refuse the delivery of a package you have ordered, we will refund the product price minus a $15 refusal fee (charged to us by the shipper) plus the original shipping cost. Refunds are completed within 30 days of receiving the refused package.

- Click on Completed Orders link in the left menu bar.
- To the right of the completed order, you will see a link to get your return started.
- Follow the link and the directions.
- You will be emailed your final instructions with reutrn address. Please include the email with your return.
