Loyalty Program Sunset FAQ

Everything you need to know.

We truly appreciate the support and engagement you’ve shown through our loyalty program. Below are answers to the most common questions as we prepare to sunset our program.

 

Is the loyalty program ending?
Yes. We’ve made the decision to sunset our loyalty program, which is powered by Yotpo.

When will the loyalty program end?
The loyalty program will officially end on April 15, 2026. After this date, the program will no longer be active.

Can I still earn loyalty points?
No. Loyalty points are no longer being earned. However, existing points can still be redeemed until April 15, 2026 while the program remains active.

What happens to my existing loyalty points?
Any loyalty points you currently have can be redeemed for rewards until April 15, 2026.
Once the program ends, unused points will no longer be redeemable with us.
Please note that loyalty points are specific to our brand and can only be used while our loyalty program is active.

Do my points disappear completely?
Your points do not transfer to other brands or programs. Once our loyalty program ends, points associated with our store cannot be used toward future purchases with us.

How do I redeem my points before the program ends?
Simply log into your account, shop as usual, and apply your loyalty rewards at checkout before April 15, 2026.

What happens if I place an order using points and later return it?
If an order placed using loyalty points is returned, the points used for that reward will not be reinstated. Loyalty rewards are considered redeemed at the time of purchase.

What if I don’t have enough points to redeem a reward?
If you don’t have enough points to redeem a reward before April 15, 2026, any remaining points will not be redeemable after the program ends.

Can I transfer my points to another account or person?
No. Loyalty points are non‑transferable and can’t be combined with another account or shared with friends or family.

Will there be a new loyalty or rewards program?
We are creating an exciting, new loyalty program and can't wait to share it with you when it is ready. Be on the lookout for an update on our new program soon! We want to thank you again for being such a valued part of our community. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to bring you great products.
