Can I give Dinovite products to an animal not listed on the label?

Dinovite is specifically formulated for the species listed on the packaging and should not be used with any other species. If you are interested in a supplement for a species other than dogs or cats, please reach out to your veterinarian, as they will be able to provide alternatives that are appropriate for your pet.

What type of food do you recommend for my pet?

What type of treats do you recommend

Dinovite recommend feeding treats that do not contain artificial dyes, flavorings, or preservatives as these can cause many digestive, skin and coat issues; not to mention health related issues as well. Dogs: Plain greek yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese, natural peanut butter (cannot contain XYLITOL/ BIRCH SUGAR), low sodium beef broth, or low sodium chicken broth

Cats: Canned chicken, tuna, or salmon. All should be drained and rinsed before feeding.

If a Dinovite product has "Yeast Culture" or "Dried Yeast" listed as an ingredient, will that give my pet a yeast infection?

We certainly understand the unease you may feel when seeing yeast on the ingredient panel if your pet struggles with yeast infections. However, we are happy to provide some information on its inclusion in the formula. The yeast responsible for yeast infections is not the same yeast that is used in pet food products. When you see “Yeast Culture” or “Dried Yeast” on the ingredient panel in a Dinovite product, it was added to provide digestible amino acids and contribute to the B vitamin complexes, promoting a healthy digestion. Does Dinovite for dogs contain Chicken?

No. Dinovite for dogs powdered supplement does not contain meat protein. it is a plant based nutrition supplement.

Is ground flax-seed a grain?

Does Dinovite for cats contain chicken?

Yes. Dinovite for cats contains chicken liver for protein.

Does Dinovite for cats contain fish oil?

Cancelling or Changing order:

It is possible to cancel an order, though we pack and ship orders quickly after they are placed. If you need an order cancelled, it is best to give us a call immediately at (859) 428-1000 Monday - Friday 9AM - 3PM EST. For order placed on the weekend, our chat support is open Saturdays from 10 AM to 4 PM EST. If you prefer to email our support team (, please include your order number in the subject line. 

For orders placed on weekends, these are processed and shipping the following Monday. If you have an order that needs to be cancelled, please call us first thing Monday morning! We cannot make changes to an order that has already been submitted to ship out. Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No. Orders can be made as a guest, but it is best to make an account of you wish to make future orders.

How to re-order from a previous order?

To make an order from a previous order, you must first log into your Dinovite account. From here, you will go to 'Orders' once there, click the order itself to go into the order. Once in the order, you will see a check-box next to the items in the order. Click the ones you want to reorder, and the scroll to the bottom of the page. Once at the bottom of the page, there is a button that says 'Reorder' click this, and it will add the items you selected to your cart. You can then finish the order from there.

How to apply a coupon code to my order?

There is a coupon/discount code box below your order total before you go on to the payment information page. It is located right above the 'continue' button. You can only use ONE discount code per transaction. Our system does not allow discount codes to be stacked. Please note that rewards, coupons and bundles cannot be combined.

Why won't my coupon work?

Make sure the code is entered correctly. Make sure that the coupon or offer you are using matches the product (s) you are purchasing. Make sure the coupon has not expired. We cannot accept more than one coupon per order. If you have tried entering more than one coupon at a time it will not accept it.

Checking Order Status:

To check your order status, you will need to log into your Dinovite account. Once there, go to 'Orders' Once there you will see the orders in your account, and it will show if the order ias waiting to ship, if it has been shipped etc. You can click the order number to go into the order, and once in the order itself, if you scroll down, near the bottom right of the order, you will see your tracking number. Here you can Click the tracking number, and it will take you to the order tracking information.

How do I start a subscription?
