Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries or chopped strawberries
  • 1 small banana, mashed
  • 1 scoop Dinovite powder

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Stir in yogurt, berries, and Dinovite until evenly combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. Pop out and serve straight from the freezer.

Freezing & Storage:

  • Keep treats in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2 months.
  • Serve frozen for a refreshing, crunchy-chewy bite.

Why It Works: Greek yogurt provides probiotics and protein, while berries bring antioxidants and natural sweetness. The banana adds creaminess and potassium, and Dinovite ties it all together with gut-healthy nutrients.
