Peanut Butter & Pumpkin Probiotic Pupsicles

A refreshing frozen treat packed with gut-friendly benefits!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
• ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter (xylitol-free)
• 1 cup plain unsweetened yogurt (or coconut milk for dairy-free)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin, peanut butter, and yogurt until smooth.
